eMonarch , provider of managed IT services, recently hired Tim Karman as their new Regional Service Support Manager. Mr. Karman will be managing all aspects of the support team, directing the Help Desk Analysts and System Engineers in their fulfillment of support issues and special projects.
“We are excited to have Tim Karman join our team of professionals,” says Sean Fullerton, president of eMonarch. “Our customer base has grown significantly over the past year, and it has become necessary to not only add support technicians, but a support manager as well. It is top priority for our customers to receive timely and effective help when needed. This move reflects our commitment to excellence.”
Mr. Karman has over 10 years of experience in technical support, network administration, and staff management. Tim's technical skills are a perfect combination with his customer service skills, as reflected by the ICE Award (Incredible Customer Experience) he received from Sprint in 2004.
