2) Many small businesses (with 10-100 workstations) find it more cost-effective to outsource their IT support.  When you add up the cost of salary, benefits, training, etc. and compare it to our monthly flat rates, you'll quickly see the value.

However, the larger your business, the greater the need for full-time IT staff. We are happy to work with in-house IT staff as we do with several of our customers.

3.     Verify that your antivirus software is up to date and running properly

4.     Verify drive space availability

5.     Verify backup program and activity status

8.     Schedule disk defrag

9.     Install and run adware and spyware removal software
